About

A grounded, collaborative space to do the work.

I’m a therapist based in Beverly, Massachusetts, with 11 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and substance use. I work both in-person at my Beverly office and virtually with clients across the state.

My approach is warm, curious, and practical. I draw from evidence-based modalities and tailor each session to what you actually need — whether that is sorting through a hard transition, breaking out of an anxious pattern, or finding steadier footing in recovery.

You should not have to perform in therapy. Sessions are a place to think out loud, slow down, and notice what is actually going on — together.

Frequently asked

Common questions before starting therapy.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I work with most major insurance plans through Headway, which handles billing, copays, and eligibility checks. Once you book a session through Headway you can add your insurance and get an instant cost estimate before the first appointment.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Both. I see clients virtually across Massachusetts via secure video, and in person at my office at 234 Cabot Street in Beverly, MA. You can choose your preferred format when booking.

How long is a session and how often will we meet?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Most clients meet weekly to start; we can adjust the cadence together as therapy progresses.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance to share what brought you in and what you hope therapy will help with. There is no pressure to have everything figured out — I will ask questions, listen carefully, and we will start mapping out goals together.

Who do you work with?

I work with adolescents and adults. Common reasons clients come to see me include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use or addiction concerns — for themselves or in their families.

How do I get started?

The fastest way is to book directly through my Headway profile using the button on this page. You will pick a time, add your insurance if you have it, and choose virtual or in-person.
